Before leaving for Summer Camp all Scouts must purchase merit badge books and complete prerequisites for each Merit Badge they will be attempting
Sunday August 3, 2014 8:00 AM Leaving to go to Camp
Scouts to have all gear from packing list ready to load
Parents to provide Leaders with Merit badge, Picture and Spending money envelopes
Parents provide Scouts pocket money for lunch, there will be a stop on the way to camp
SCOUTS TO BE IN COMPLETE CLASS” A” UNIFORMS FOR THE TRIP NO EXCEPTIONS Pack a hanger for uniform at camp
Pack Scouts bathing suit, towel and other swim items on top of gear
Send your Scout with bottled water or several water containers for the week
NO FOOD, NO CELL PHONES NO EXCEPTIONS THEY WILL BE CONFISCATED IF FOUND
Saturday August 9, 2014 Leaving Camp for Home
Parents who are driving from Camp back to Church must arrive at TMR and meet at the dining hall at 8:30 AM sharp
Parents who are NOT driving from Camp back to Church must arrive Church at Noon your Scout will call you 30 minuets before arriving be sure he knows where to reach you.
All Scouts must return to Church to help with unpacking NO EXCEPTIONS
