Notice: Covid form for December Camping Trip

Reminder from the email -

If your scout is going to Quail Hill this weekend, please print out and complete PAGE 1 of the attached document. We are required to have the Covid form on file for each scout. Send the form with the scout when they meet to travel down to the camp.
